Privacy Policy

This page explains what information we collect, how we process it, and the controls available to customers and end users.

Information we collect

DialSpark processes account information (such as name, email, and organization), contact and lead data uploaded by customers, and call data including recordings, transcripts, and derived analytics. We collect this information to provide and improve the service.

How we use information

Data is used to operate AI calling workflows, generate transcripts and lead scores, sync results to connected CRMs, provide support, and maintain the security and reliability of the platform. We do not sell personal information.

Data processing and customer responsibility

For data uploaded by customers, DialSpark acts as a processor on the customer's behalf. Customers are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the individuals in their lists and for honoring consent and do-not-call requirements. See our compliance overview for the controls we provide.

Security

We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and monitoring as described on our security page.

Your choices and contact

Customers can access, export, or request deletion of data associated with their account. For privacy requests, contact support@dialspark.app.
